๐งง Our team culture
At Red Pocket, we value camaraderie, ambition, and a desire to engage in discussions pertaining to Asian youth and the world. We are a team that dreams big; this is one of our major pillars:
To embolden the voices of the global Asian diasporic youth so they may reflect on, grapple with, and champion their ethnic, cultural, and racial heritages through expressive mediums and new perspectives.
Above all, Red Pocket is a safe space where you can live your truth, share your lived experiences, and unapologetically engage in discussions with people who have grown up similarly to you, yet vastly different at the same time. We grow as a team and we bond over rants about boba, tea about our lives, hot takes on random topics, and each othersโ successes. โค๏ธ
๐ค Feel like you donโt have experience?
Apply anyways! We value passion for our mission and vision and desire to learn. We aim to mentor and improve members of our team. We are learning and growing together!
NOTE: We are looking for a diverse group of team members from the Asian diaspora, not only East Asian team members. We encourage South Asian, South East Asian, and Central Asian youth to apply!
